About Lucy
Hi my name is Lucy! I'm a second year geography student in maynooth university, working towards becoming a teacher. I love the subject and love to grab every opportunity I get to teach it. Over the last year I have developed my own methods for learning Geography that I believe are clever and efficant, and can be made to fit the needs of almost every student. I'd love to help you achieve your geography goals whether it be getting a pass or achieving a H1. I understand most people would be inclined to go to a teacher, but quite frankly I have all the same resources and material they have but with me it's even better because I am still on the same level of students mindset wise and so better understand where they are coming from in there studies. I hope you'll give me the chance to show you how geography can be made easy :)

We all approach things differently when it comes to studying and because of this, sometimes not every students needs can be met in the classroom. Having gone through junior and leaving cert myself and now being in college, I've developed multiple ways of learning that I believe meet the needs of any and all student and their personal way of absorbing information. As an aspiring teacher I have a great love for sharing knowledge about geography and showing people how to achieve well in it with great ease. The way I approach teaching geography is through efficant learning. In other words, I guide each student through the fundamental requirments of what they need to reach their goals in a way that suits them. No additional unneccsary information, just what you need to be able to answer quality exam questions and get the grade you want. I know the mindset of the student because I just was one not that long ago and I believe that gives me a great adavnatage in helping you learn, as I understand where you're coming from in your "exam brain".
