About Victoria
I am a chemical engineering student at the University of Surrey. I have achieved an A in both A level maths and chemistry, a 9 in GCSE chemistry and an 8 in GCSE maths and physics.
I have experience from mentoring a younger student in mathematics for two months and leading maths society at my secondary school.

During the first session, I would find out how much the student already knows, what level they are at currently, their goals and any problems they have with the subject.
If the student has not completed content, they can make a choice to whether they would like to revise what they already know or continue learning more of the course. In every session, I will provide some topic based questions for them to answer. I would give them practice questions for homework which I will mark in my own time for the next session. I believe that completing past papers is really important to develop exam technique so as soon as most of the course has been covered thoroughly, we will complete papers. I am flexible with my approach to teaching so I am open to changing to suit the pupil's needs. We would be able to stop and go over particularly difficult parts of the course as needed.
