I have interned and volunteered in the public school setting. I love working with children. Reading is the basis for all learning. I love reading and want to pass that love onto others. I cannot wait to connect and grow together.

I have previously tutored lower elementary children in reading and science. My strong suit is spelling and beginning reading. I also teach math first grade. I utilize manipulatives for math. I believe visual and kinesthetic learning work best for young students.
