About Tatiana
Hello :)
My name is Tatiana and am here to help you with complicated Russian language. I was born in Russia and got my first Masters Degree in International Affairs + Translator/Interpreter Certification in South Urals State University, which is one of the top 10 Universities in Russia. My first tutoring experience was years back, when I lived in Russia. I privately taught Russian kids English, and I absolutely loved it.
I reside in the US for over 10 years now, and had a pleasure of teaching Russian here. I had experience working with both, children and adults, who had different needs of Russian language. Some people interested to learn new language for travelling purposes, others would like to understand the contracts and business aspect. I certainly enjoy working with the children as well :)
Success of my students is very inspiring to me. It is absolutely incredible to watch people making progress, achieving their goals and passing tests, even though they might thought it will be impossible due to difficulty of the language.

I will help you learning all necessary basics, such as alphabet, rules of reading and writing, phonetics and pronunciation. I will navigate you through the process and make the studying as easy as possible. I will help you with homework, understanding of Russian culture and literature, idioms and sayings, that are still widely used in modern Russian language. I am fluent in business language, including specific terminology, and can help you understand contracts and documentation if needed.
Russian is quite challenging and can be very overwhelming, and I can understand why so many people give up, drop classes or find no time to teach their kids. I certainly understand, that it may be confusing at first, but trust me, we will get there! Learning a new language is always a process, and I believe that good teacher can inspire and create a special atmosphere that helps student to memorize, engage
