Hi everyone. I had piano lessons with Alice for around 6 months. In my opinion she is an amazing music teacher. She's really patient and generally happens to be quite positive while teaching. And even though a lot of times I couldn't play the piece during our lessons she helped me find ways of handling the problems I was facing. She is really good at helping students break down pieces into smaller parts they could manage to learn which ultimately leads to the student learning the piece.

I have been a student of Alice's for almost 5 years & I look forward to a lifetime. So thankful to have found her early on in my piano learning journey. Both her support & expertise are unmatched. She continuously adds calm, patience & joy to your practice. Especially around recitals, which never stop being stressful! Alice is an amazing teacher and I highly recommend her! Alice was my piano teacher for several years. She is patient, she always keeps an open-mind on the type of piano music I felt like learning and playing, she has a pedagogical approach. Alice has been my piano teacher for four years now. I met her through a music school, and stayed with her once she went independant.

She writes detailed notes every lesson to guide my weekly practice, which helps a lot. She is quick to identify bad habits, and suggest tips and exercises to correct them. She provides nuanced guidance to interpret pieces based on the composer and style of a piece. She is very polite and professional.

Every year, she organises recitals for her students in front of friends and family, as well as smaller meetings for her advanced students, where they can discuss pieces and give feedback. In the summer, she'll invite her students to perform around the city, and tour the various public pianos.

I highly reccomand Alice to anyone looking for a reliable teacher, that will help them improve at their own rhytm while providing a friendly and supportive environment, both through classical pieces and modern songs of your choosing.
