About Iman
Hi, I’m Iman! I studied Neuroscience at the University of Edinburgh, where I graduated with a first, and I’m currently doing my MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences at UCL. I’ve worked across neuroscience, biotech, and health innovation, and I love bringing that experience into how I teach. Biology is such a fascinating subject when it clicks, and my goal is to help students feel more confident and curious about what they’re learning.

I work best with students who want to build a strong understanding of the material, not just memorise facts. Whether you’re working towards exams or just want to feel less overwhelmed by the subject, I’m happy to meet you where you are and build from there. My style is encouraging, calm, and tailored to what works best for each student. I’m particularly comfortable working with GCSE and A-Level Biology, but also happy to support with neuroscience or cognitive science topics at university level. Let’s find a way to make it make sense, and maybe even make it enjoyable!
