About Steven
I am a yoga and meditation teacher at Brown University. I grew up knowing and practicing meditation. After a nearly fatal car accident I found yoga and my path in life became clear as day. My purpose is to teach and live in constant service to better myself and my community. I teach spiritual disciplines as well as life practices conducive with wellness. I am mostly teaching undergrads and graduate students at brown but I have time to take new clients.

I base my classes on the individual and performance and monitor each for adjustments, if needed. It emphasize on correct form and I specialize in injury prevention. My classes are designed to help bring yoga into a daily routine and integrate it into your lifestyle.
