About Bon
I am a gym instructor at Crunch Fitness Australia, a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness, and a martial arts instructor for Kinetic Martial Arts. I have played as a representative athlete for basketball and played social outdoor football and indoor futsal. To me, it is very important to be fit, agile, and functional as you are more likely to become successful at many aspects of life - including a sharp mind. So muscle balance, consistency, and challenge for the body are vital to life!

I welcome any client to a private gym at Narellan Town Centre (across the road). There is plenty of parking and accessible to shops. I could instruct Strong Nation. It is a choreographed movement that involves a fusion of fighting elements, high-intensity tempo training, and functional movement. I am also a Martial Arts instructor, and part of it is stretching and Taekwondo/Kickboxing. So whether you want fitness or real martial arts - I can offer you one of each per week and/or alternate to the other the following week. The choice is yours! Come try and see. These classes are a great way to get fit!
