About Clara
I have 6 months experience at Rolls-Royce, working as a People Partner as part of their Human Resources leadership fast track graduate programme.
I studied at the University of Kent, and was awarded 1st class honours in Business Administration with a Year in Industry (BBA) Hons. I completed my year in industry at IBM, where I worked with the Early Careers team to deliver inductions and education for their graduate, apprentice and intern population.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, horse riding and have recently taken up boxing lessons.

My teaching approach varies from person to person. A 50-50 approach works well, I would provide 50% of delivered teaching, and then 50% interactive testing, activities and reverse teaching
