About Sidney
My personal yoga journey began four years ago, when I found myself looking to become more flexible and cross-train for weight lifting. Since I began teaching yoga in 2018, I completed my 200-hour certification through YogaWorks and instructed over 100 students both in-person and online. Yoga truly is for every body, age, and level of ability, and I strive to inspire others to challenge themselves in growing outside of their comfort zone physically, mentally, and spiritually through the practice.

Combining the principles of yoga and fitness therapy, I strive to offer a welcoming and safe environment that invites yoga students of all backgrounds to expand their comfort zones. I teach all levels of yoga, from beginner to advanced, as well as prenatal yoga. I also offer private instruction specializing in inversions upon request.
I strive to meet each student where they are in their journey. Through demonstration, verbal instruction, as well as optional feedback and hands-on assists, I aim to teach a consistently engaging, safe, and often challenging yoga course.
