About Rachel
Working as a registered nurse for 11 years I have always been fascinated with our biological makeup, combining this knowledge with yoga, mindfulness and yoga philosophy has opened my eyes to a more holistic way of health.
There are an astounding number of studies now published that declare the benefits of yoga and mindfulness; clear thinking, reduced anxiety, improved physical health, greater communication and I can continue.
Along side my yoga practice and working as a nurse, I am usually reading, making jewellery or surfing with friends.

My teachings in yoga, mindfulness and yoga philosophy can be delivered separately or combined, to give you the tricks to live life in ease of off the mat.
I am a registered nurse with a background in neuroscience and Trauma informed Yin Yoga certified, I am passionate about sharing the science behind stress and how to remain calm.
I have been practicing for 8 years and teaching for 1 year. My lessons are for all ages and all body types.
