About Mariah
Life has been a very colorful for me so far. With the guidance from my natural intuition and the strength of my will power I have been blessed to be where I am on this journey. It has always been a dream to be able to help people, so I use yoga as a medium to grow that dream. Everyday is only the beginning and a fresh start to make a difference in the world around. As I start each new day, I find myself seeking new ways to nourish my soul so that I may be able to provide insight for whomever I come in contact with.

I like to create sequences that require staying tuned in, not only with the body, but with the breath, mind and spirit. I will also curate a flow to accommodate one individuals needs.
Each class will start off with a centering, a gradual introduction to the warm up that will transition into the flow, and then towards the end we will settle our physical and energetic bodies by slowly diving into the savasana.
