I have studied yoga for the last 5 years. Did a yoga training in 2018 and obtained my 200hr certificate, i have then continued my studies and have now obtained 75 hours in yin.
I have also studied meditation, and relaxation yoga, including yoga nidra.
My lessons are for everyone!
