About Tamara
Hiiii!! My name is Tamara and I scored in the top 7% of Victoria in English this year with a 40+ study score! I am offering tutoring for year 7-12 in VCE English, passionate about helping you with your goals in English and supporting personal growth throughout your journey. Outside of class I love to read, hang out with my friends and anything food related!! I’m looking forward to getting to know you throughout our sessions and maybe I could even get a new book recommendation too!!

Our lessons will follow a few different structures depending on what exactly you are struggling with. We will work together through essay feedback, text/film analysis, exemplars, and anything else you aren’t feeling 100% confident in. Throughout these 1-hour sessions, you will be given my undivided attention which will carry into outside of class where I will read and provide thorough feedback on work you would like me to look at. Furthermore, I have access to a plethora of resources which we will utilize to boost your skills and
IMPORTANT: Online sessions only unless located on the Mornington peninsula. I unfortunately cannot offer lessons at homes, and can only do the public library. Thanks for your understanding.

Tamara offered so much help during exam season in the lead up to the English exam, she always had time for me and I never felt like anything was a stupid question! Wouldn’t have gotten the mark I did without her 🫶
Tamara is honestly an amazing tutor. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense and doesn't make you feel dumb for not understanding it straight away. Shes super patient and always takes the time to help improve the things you struggle with.
