I am very empathetic and so I always seek to understand the root cause before opting for any solution.
I have a very hands-on approach and apply the necessary efforts to establish meaningful teacher-learner connections.
Routine work bores me - and certainly most learners - so I do best to create an exciting learning environment in order to ensure my learners remain engaged and eager to learn more.
