About Shubham
Most people memorize information to pass exams or follow fitness trends without understanding the science behind them. I want to change that.
I'm a 3rd-year medical student in Rishikesh who believes true learning begins with curiosity, not memorization. Whether it's Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or fitness, my goal is to help people understand the "why" behind every concept so they can think independently, make better decisions, and apply their knowledge in real life.
I teach not just to help students score higher or build a better physique, but to create informed, confident, and lifelong learners. When you understand the fundamentals, success becomes a natural outcome.

Teaching Structure
I offer personalized one-to-one and small group sessions for both academics and fitness. Every learner receives a customized plan based on their goals, whether it's scoring higher in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry or building strength, muscle, and overall fitness.
Methods & Techniques
For academics, I focus on concept-based learning, NCERT, exam-oriented preparation, regular tests, doubt solving, and revision. For fitness, I provide structured workout programs, strength training, bodybuilding guidance, exercise technique correction, nutrition basics, and progress tracking.
