My approach towards teaching is very simple. I focus on conceptual understanding and spend a great amount of time in helping the students gain knowledge about the same. I give them a lot of examples so that it is easier for them to relate to the topic that is being taught. Once they are clear with the concept, I start with the practical application in the form of a few sums. And then finally when they are prepared I test them on the same.
