About
Scheduling for Summer 2025 tutoring sessions NOW!
Hello, My name is Amanda and I am excited at the potential to help your child grow in their reading and spelling as they gain confidence in their skills. With over 20 years of experience as an elementary special educator, I'm passionate about helping struggling readers succeed both academically and personally. I believe every student is unique, and I love using a personalized approach to meet their needs.
I specialize in one-on-one online tutoring that is both engaging and effective, leveraging the Science of Reading to ensure skills are taught clearly and systematically. Through a multisensory technique, I work to strengthen students' confidence and address learning gaps. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where students take pride in their progress.
I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how I can support your child’s learning and growth.
