About Riya
Hi! My name is Riya Bhagat, and I am a fourth-year medical student at Touro University California. Throughout medical school, I have developed a strong foundation in the basic sciences, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based medicine. I have extensive experience studying for and taking high-stakes exams, and I understand the strategies required not only to learn material, but to truly master it.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students build both confidence and competence. My approach focuses on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps while emphasizing high-yield material and test-taking strategies. I believe that understanding the “why” behind the content is key to long-term retention and success.
