About Sonja
I am a 4th year student in a Bachelor's of Science majoring in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. I love human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. I excel in the Sciences and would be happy to help out any student who may be struggling due to the changes in course instruction because of COVID.

My teaching methods come from a place of kindness and understanding. I will work hard to ensure my lessons can be understood by any type of learner, and cater to their learning style (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, or reading/writing). I have a background in several psychology and leadership courses, and will use my knowledge on effective communication, cohesion, and transformational leadership to be the best tutor I can.
