About Darrin
Private education that showcases a love for learning and the transformation it can produce in individuals has been a passion of mine for many years. I have a biology degree and a master of divinity degree from highly respected private institutions, homeschooled my own children through grammar school, tutored a host of students over the years and for the last five school years served as a science instructor at local private schools.

In my own education, I was highly influenced by a professor who turned every class into an event with a particular theme inviting students into a mood and a plot. This is the type of educational drama that I seek to present in my classes and sessions along with my own understanding of the beauty and complexity of the natural world. Difficult concepts set in the context of a relatable story transforms students into motivated learners.
