I met Charlie through a jam session he attends where I asked him to help me start drumming. Charlie is a really talented drummer and a very patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging teacher. I get homework each week and have progressed every lesson. It’s helpful to take videos of what we learned in the lesson so I remember what it’s supposed to look/ sound like. He’s also flexible with times & days to book lessons.

I’ve been learning from Charlie for half a year, and what I love is his knowledge of genre, and ability to plan lessons for my needs.
