Born in the Netherlands to a Dutch father and English mother, I’ve spent 20 years in the UK bridging cultures—and languages. As a bilingual academic with a PhD and a passion for teaching, I specialize in helping students *speak* Dutch confidently, whether you’re starting from scratch or refining fluency. I have a long track record of tutoring university students, English and Dutch secondary school children, young adults in developing countries, and an expert in helping people settle in new countries and work-related Dutch.
I have a lot of experience getting people through the Inburgering exam and higher levels of certification such as the Staatsexamen Nt2 level A, B and C.
