My teaching philosophy is specific to the quality and value of the interaction between the teacher and learner. I embrace the perspective that all students are unique. I believe that all learners have the potential to make valuable contributions to a learning environment. I endeavor to create and maintain a learning environment that remains flexible enough to facilitate a change of roles between the instructor and the learner.
