My teaching methodology is simple: if you understand why and how to do maths, then you are ready to move to the other level. I'll go at your own pace.
A typical lesson plan:
1. Explaining (until you understand fully the lesson)
2. Practice with some help and guidance
3. Practice with supervision only
I focus on the learning and understanding part. Math is not only numbers; it has also a meaningful logic behind each operation.
