I am an Accountant, worked for Damelin as a Financial manager, and lecture Accounting, Business Studies, and Management, my learners are very important to me, with a 99% pass rate, I love to see them grow with every class. I take the responsibility to train and assist learners for their future and workplace. My students get real-life scenarios as I have 20 years of Financial Management and Business background. My teaching method is... start from the beginning, especially in accounting, if you don't understand the basics you will struggle with the rest of the accounting system. I use presentations, real-life scenarios, and in-depth understanding. Once the learners have the basics, the rest of the accounting systems will fall in place. I will assist a leaner one on one should they struggle. a P.O.E is important in accounting to confirm the knowledge and cognitive assessments.
