About Caitie
I have always loved helping my cohort whether that may be back in high school or in university, I think that was one of the many ways I was able to learn so much is teaching it back to people who needed help. I never wanted to be a teacher per se but teaching in the essence of nutrition is my favorite thing to teach. My complex understanding over the years has allowed me to be able to teach in a simpler way and build from there so you can guarantee you’re safe with me :)

I am a qualified Dietitian and have extensive knowledge in all aspects of nutrition but please feel free to message directly for more information A typical lesson may range from 30-60min From high school to university students I am here to make this learning pathway not overwhelming and enjoyable to learn!
