With so much information available on the internet, I can help you navigate and sort the myths from the facts. I am highly adaptable and want to teach in a way that suits you, whether it's simple giving of information with a personalised booklet, cooking a meal together, or a tour through your local supermarket, I'm here to help you reconnect with and enjoy all aspects of your nutrition.
