About Charlotte
Hi! I’m a Pharmacy student at the University of Bath with a real passion for science and helping others learn. Alongside my studies, I work as a summer camp counsellor, which has taught me how to support young people with patience, positivity and clear communication. I’ve always enjoyed explaining tricky topics to friends and seeing things “click” for someone is what inspires me to teach. I want to tutor because I know GCSEs can feel challenging, and I’m committed to giving students personalised, confidence-boosting support that makes learning clearer and more enjoyable.

As a current Pharmacy student at the University of Bath, I know first-hand how overwhelming science and maths can sometimes feel — which is why my tutoring style is built entirely around patience, clarity and confidence-building. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching; instead, I take time to understand how you learn best, whether that’s through step-by-step explanations, visual diagrams, practice questions or real-life examples. My goal is not just to help you memorise content, but to help you understand it so it finally makes sense. I create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can ask any question without feeling judged, and where every lesson is tailored to your strengths, goals and pace. Together, we’ll break topics down, build solid foundations and turn challenging GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Maths topics into areas you feel confident in!
