About Cole
I began studying theater when I was only 10 years old and I have loved it ever since. That passion led me to majoring in acting in both high school and college, and eventually I moved to Los Angeles where I worked in film for three years. After a long decision-making process, I decided I wanted to come home to my family in Florida, but never stopped loving the art form. Since coming back to Jacksonville, I have performed in nearly a dozen plays and musicals over the last five years - both paid and unpaid. While I could be using my expertise to pursue a career in a big city, I've learned my true passion lies in teaching others and giving them the tools they need to enjoy acting as much as I do.

Lessons are for actors and actresses of all ages and cover a wide variety of opportunities. Having a combined 12 years of formal acting training at an arts middle school, arts high school, and BFA Acting program at The Florida State University, I've had a wealth of professional knowledge imparted to me that I am eager to pass on to the next generation of actors. - If you are looking to fine-tune a specific piece for an upcoming audition or just to keep in your repertoire of audition materials, I can teach you several methods and tricks needed to make a monologue stand out from the crowd - If you are completely new to acting and want to learn the basics, I can provide you with technique and vocabulary used by the acting community at large to develop your skills from the ground up - If you have been acting for a while but want to develop your skills further and don't know how to proceed, I can offer a wide variety of different acting methods from Stanislavski to Uta Hagen to help you develop a process that works for you The specific content of each lesson will be decided before each session after a consultation with me and we will decide together if the student would like to provide their own script and materials or if they would like me to provide any necessary materials.
