About Erkin
I graduated from Ayazağa Işık High School. I am currently studying sports management at Anadolu University. I am blue belt right now. I teach Self defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a boutique salon. I teach private and group lessons outside or at home. I am a competitive athlete and still fight actively.

About the lesson

Lessons start with dynamic warming. After some theoretical explanations, the general most basic techniques we call "Drilling" continue with a section where we place muscle memory. Afterwards, 3 techniques are explained and tried. In the last 30 minutes of a total of 1.5 hours of training, we move on to the "roll" part, which we put into practice.
