About Manohar
I am K. Manohar Prasad, currently pursuing my Dual Ph.D. degree in School of Engineering, University of Liverpool. As part of a dual degree, I need to stay in Liverpool a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years, I came to Liverpool in October 2017.
I am very much interested to join as a part-time tutor, with the self-motivation of sharing my knowledge to the children. During childhood, my mother played a crucial rule in my education and I saw her in assisting my classmates and my junior schoolmates as a tutor. I was very much enthusiast in helping my mother to clarify some of the questions when she was busy attending some other activities. This interest keeps on motivating me and I tried to utilize every opportunity in equipping the tutor skills during the course of my study. It was a very nice experience to improve myself in terms of learning, sharing and developing knowledge and skills while assisting my friends during my under graduation. This experience gave me good confidence in handling the teaching courses during my masters and Ph.D. course and I got a very nice appreciation from the students. In particular, when I was assisting Lab course in Taiwan, which gave me a first and good international experience, in which I understood about influences of the cultural differences in the learning process, and adapted the teaching skill according to the individual student perspective, which I believed an important asset in particular for tutoring.

I will teach students according to their need. I will try to tune myself in harmonium to the frequency of the student needs. I strongly believe if I can get a chance in working as a tutor, I believe I can be a part of children’s growth in their studies and can fill with a wonderful experience in dealing with the international children. I am quite good at Math, Science, and English.
