I am an academic excellence student who has been in an Advanced English class for 4 years and an Advanced Literature class for 2 years. I have achieved A’s for the past 4 years running and I understand what is required for the Australian curriculum so I will easily be able to help students with their essays or exam prep.

I will begin my lessons by understanding at a base level what my student already knows. We will then move on and begin crafting either an analysis of a piece of literary text or begin looking at where they would like to go with their piece of work. We will find something they enjoy writing about and we will create a detailed plan so that they know exactly what to write. I will make sure they understand the requirements of their marking guide and we will practise examples of meeting the higher ends of this guide.
