About Agnes
I am a passionate Spanish tutor with 18 years of experience and around 150 students taught. My teaching philosophy focuses on making Spanish simple, clear, and enjoyable. I believe that students learn best when they are comfortable and when lessons match their learning style. My lessons include grammar support, vocabulary practice, reading activities, writing tasks, and plenty of speaking exercises. I explain each topic step by step and use practical examples so students can easily understand how Spanish works in daily life. One of my achievements is helping students improve their confidence in speaking Spanish. Many learners who once avoided speaking slowly started expressing themselves more comfortably after regular practice. I also helped students achieve strong exam results by creating personalised study plans. I aim to build a learning environment where students feel supported and motivated. I want them to enjoy learning Spanish and feel confident in their progress.

My teaching approach for Spanish is based on Communication, Flexibility, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity. I believe learning a language should be practical, enjoyable, and useful for real life. My focus is to help students speak, read, write, and understand Spanish with confidence. Communication is the base of every lesson. Students are encouraged to speak Spanish from the beginning using simple words, daily phrases, and guided dialogues. Listening practice through audio, videos, and real conversations helps improve understanding and pronunciation. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons according to the student’s learning speed, age, and goals. Some students focus on exams, others on travel or professional use. I design lessons based on their needs and comfort. Creativity keeps students interested and motivated. I use games, stories, videos, flashcards, pictures, and cultural examples to explain concepts in a fun and easy way. Accountability is built through regular homework, speaking tasks, writing practice, and progress reviews. Students learn to take responsibility for steady improvement. Integrity guides my teaching values. I create a respectful, honest, and safe learning environment. Along with Spanish, I also teach grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation training, reading comprehension, writing skills, listening practice, Spanish culture, and exam preparation.
