About Jasmine
I am a high school student who is about to finish their final year, before taking a gap year and then carrying on my education studying English and Journalism at university. With an incredible passion for the subject, I have achieved an A at National 5 and Higher, and I am currently working towards my Advanced Higher English qualification. I'm friendly, patient, and will do my absolute best to build your confidence in the subject, hopefully inspiring you to love it as much as I do!

I would be happy to work in any way that would best fit the student's needs, however I would make sure to stick to the exam boards specification. My personal approach would be to break down all the different questions you will have to answer in class or in an exam, identify which questions the student finds easier and which ones they struggle with, and provide support and resources to help guide them to success. I have provided support in English to some of the younger students at my school, working alongside their teacher to help them improve their skills in the subject. Typical length for a lesson would be between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
