About Mira
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering and have spent the past eight years guiding students through the evolving world of computer programming. My passion for coding began with a fascination for how lines of text could power entire systems and applications. Over time, that curiosity matured into a meaningful career in both development and education. Teaching programming allows me to connect technical understanding with human creativity, empowering students to see themselves as builders, not just users, of technology. My approach to teaching is flexible, patient, and personalised. I understand that every learner has a unique way of thinking and processing information, so I adapt my explanations and techniques to match individual needs. I emphasise strong foundations, clear reasoning, and consistent practice, ensuring that students do not simply memorise code, but truly comprehend the logic behind it. Emotional encouragement is central to my process, because when students believe in themselves, their growth accelerates naturally and confidently. Outside of teaching, I continue to develop personal projects, explore new programming frameworks, and stay informed about emerging technologies. I attend webinars and collaborate within developer communities to refine my understanding and perspectives. For me, programming is not just a career skill — it is a lifelong pursuit of creativity and problem-solving. They learn to think like developers, analysing problems, writing structured solutions, and optimising performance through logical refinement. Programming develops independence and critical thinking in powerful ways. Students learn persistence through problem-solving and gain confidence from building working solutions. These skills extend far beyond coding, strengthening analytical abilities and innovative thinking in everyday life. Through programming, learners realise they can create meaningful change in the digital world and gain the confidence to pursue careers in technology, engineering, and innovation with determination and clarity.
