About Sharon
Aerial Yoga Instructor, gives individual private lessons (in English on request) in Padua from 19 June to 18 August 2019. I trained in aerial acrobatics and as an Aerial yoga teacher in Australia through the Empowered centre & Aerial yoga academy. Come have fun, relax and build towards a strong body you will love.

Sharon è un'insegnante molto preparata e creativa. La sua innata empatia la porta ad elaborare metodiche di insegnamento "ad personam". Ha studiato e praticato yoga, specializzandosi recentemente in yoga aereo con molto successo. Ha una vasta preparazione essendo anche coach olistico e amante della cucina naturalistica. La consiglio vivamente a chi volesse avvicinarsi ed imparare questa disciplina.
