About Briana
I passed all my math courses with level 5 or A on the exams and have helped both my younger brothers through algebra and geometry, earning 4s and 5s on their EOC. I was offered a tutoring position at my high school upon graduation because I had taken all the math they offered (up to calc 1). I promise if you aren't understanding how I am explaining something, I will work with you to find a teaching method that fits your learning style. Above all, I treat everyone with respect and don't put you down in any way.

I teach by explaining math in steps, doing a visual breakdown. This might look like working problems out on a whiteboard, collaborating with students rather than just telling them how to do it. I am very patient. Most of all, I will never make you feel dumb for any question you might ask me. A lesson plan will be to explain the concept, do some simple problems to understand a concept, then work into specific questions a student may have (homework, etc).
