Hi there! I’m an engineering student who believes math shouldn't be scary. I specialize in helping students navigate Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus 1 by making math about solving puzzles and not just memorizing formulas.
My Teaching Method:
Before we touch a calculator, we look at the "why." We use visual tools like Desmos and real-world engineering examples to make abstract concepts feel more real.
A Typical Lesson Plan:
1. We start with a quick, low-pressure logic puzzle to get your brain in "problem-solving mode."
2. I explain the day’s topic through a real-world lens, like how Calculus helps us track a rocket's speed.
3. We work through problems together, where I encourage vocalizing the logic so we can catch and fix any misunderstandings.
4. We end by solving a difficult problem that proves you've mastered the concept.
