About Rebecca
I am a high school graduate from one of the top high schools located in Los Angeles, California called Windward. I am now attending one of the top business schools in Europe, IE University, majoring in digital media and communications where I fine-tune and perfect my writing skills. I have written and self-published a novel. I also have won multiple writing competitions, had my writing published in magazines, and was able to give a speech regarding my writing pieces in honor of the Cancer Support Community of Redondo Beach, California. I have been tutoring English for the past three years ensuring the growth of my student's academic and personal goals. I love connecting and teaching others. My lessons are personalized and tailored to the goals and needs of each student. I structure each lesson around what the student would like to focus on and make personalized study + lesson plans for them. I teach all students ranging from middle school to high school, helping with essay writing, reading, grammar, and any other homework assignments. I aim to help all my students excel and learn in a personalized and flexible way. As a college student, I have the ability to understand all my students who are facing challenges in school. For essay writing, I help develop a thesis, outline, and find sources for the students. I then aid in the development and progression of their essay and ensure a well-put-together paper. The goal is to help each student at whatever part of the essay writing process they may be in.
