About Sandro
I have roughly seven years of teaching experience in Canada, Italy and Vietnam. Having attained a sought-after teaching status in Vietnam, I was working at both public schools and private institutions. I taught students between the ages of four and twenty in class sizes as small as four and as large as sixty-two. In 2014 I obtained a University degree as well as a TEFL / TESOL / TEFL 120h certification. Throughout my education, I have studied with many renowned and inspiring teachers who have influenced my love of teaching. In addition to my varied teaching experiences, I have a strong education in language and music pedagogy. Since graduating from University, I have actively pursued education in a variety of professional situations. I consider myself to be a very adaptable young professional with a great enthusiasm for sharing my knowledge with others. As a creative and open-minded individual, I am prepared to explore and negotiate differences and examine a variety of effective approaches to teaching.

I teach through topics and conversation. My lessons are enjoyable, and they are often aimed at facilitating conversation on the basis of a particular topic. From there we extend vocabulary and pronunciation in the context of the lesson. I teach pronunciation tactics and I give adequate corrections when necessary.
