About Jacques
I completed my MA in Diplomacy this year. Before university I went to an Afrikaans school. Right now I'm looking for work.
I figured tutoring people would be an excellent way to both help others and learn something in the process as well.

I received a distinction (80%) for Afrikaans in Matric as a first language.
My technique is whatever you require: advice on structure, poetry, translations, whatever.
I will not oversell myself: my knowledge of Afrikaans comes from my high school mark and it being my home language. I have not taught it to someone else. Therefore if you are unsure, know the first day or two of tutoring is free and on me. This way both you and I know whether this will work or not.
As said below as well, I do not tutor through webcam. Only through text (whatsapp/email/discord/whichever you prefer). And I am available the entire day rather than a single hour. So R25 for the day. And the first day is free.

I have not tutored before. Therefore I am willing to give the first day or two free. As in, you can contact me anytime during those days for as long as you wish. This way we can both know whether tutoring Afrikaans is a good idea.
Also, I do not tutor through videos or calls. Only Whatsapp, discord, emails, or other forms of texts (whichever you prefer). This helps more for assignments and homework. I can look through the questions and submissions and take time to write good suggestions rather than rushing everything in an hour.
