Start with the basics to ensure the building blocks are in place to fully absorb the mathematical concepts taught. Assessment test first to gauge where students are in their mathematical learning lifecycle. Repetitive practice of concepts to ensure they stick. Communicate in a manner easily relatable for the students. Find the fun in what is seen as a not so fun subject.

I’ve known Nick for a few years. He graduated high school as the Valedictorian, passed his actuarial exam, and has worked with mathematics since graduating college. He’s my go-to when I or any friends need help with college level math. He’s a super nice guy and very personable.
