About Rebecca

Hi, I am Rebecca, and I offer fun, gentle online English lessons for younger children. My lessons are designed to feel like playtime, not schoolwork, so children relax, smile, and start speaking with confidence. Through songs, games, pictures, and movement, your child will learn English naturally, one small step at a time.
In my lessons, we focus on speaking and listening first. Children learn everyday English words they can use straight away, including colors, animals, numbers, family, food, and simple actions. We sing hello and goodbye songs, play guessing games, point to pictures, and practice short, useful sentences together. I repeat new words often, use clear actions and expressions, and praise every effort, so children feel safe to try, even when they make mistakes. Mistakes are a normal and welcome part of learning, and I gently model the correct word or sentence without pressure.
Each lesson lasts twenty minutes, which is a perfect length for younger children. Short lessons help children stay focused, enjoy learning, and remember what they have learned. Every lesson follows a friendly routine, so children know what to expect. We begin with a hello song, learn a small set of new words, play a game together, practice speaking, and finish with a goodbye song and recap. Parents are welcome to sit nearby, listen in, and see how their child is progressing, and I will share a few words to practice at home after each lesson.
My first lesson is a friendly trial on colors and animals. Your child will learn red, blue, yellow, and green, plus cat, dog, bird, and fish, through pictures, sounds, and actions. We will play a guessing game, practice saying the words together, and finish with lots of praise. This trial is a great way to see if my style suits your child, with no pressure to continue.
I believe children learn best when they feel happy, confident, and encouraged. That is why my lessons are patient, playful, and full of energy. I adapt to each child, follow their interests, and celebrate small wins, from saying a first new word to joining in a song. If you are looking for a kind, fun English tutor for your younger child, I would love to meet you. Book a trial lesson, and let us start your child on a joyful English adventure together, one song, one game, and one new word at a time.
