About Julia
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. In addition to my training, I have taken many seminars on anatomy, as well as yoga philosophy.
Yoga has become a true passion of mine over the past 10 years of practice. I hope to share its strength, wisdom and softness in my classes.

Hello!
I teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for all levels.
I truly care about making the class accessible to the student, we will work around personal preferences, injuries, pregnancy. I also put a strong emphasis on making my classes accessible to all ages and levels.
If the student wishes to, I like to add in mindful strength and conditioning, often pilates or barre inspired movements.
