About Ronald
Hello everyone, my name is Ron, I have taught English grammar for many years. I have taught at all levels, from beginners to advance in the public schools. I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Biology but loved the English language so much that I tutored grammar to local children after classes at a local community center.
My early experience with teaching grammar to young people developed a sense of giving back in me. Today, I am a deeply passionate teacher who lives to bring diversity, ease of learning and patience to the learning experience. I like to find out what interest my students, as most of us enjoy talking about what interests us. Naturally, if your lessons are interesting to you, they will also be enjoyable. From my experience, using correct grammar to talk about what interests you and what you enjoy will enable you to meet and socialize with great speakers who share your interest. I have been in business for several years, and much of this time has been spent in managerial positions. My grammatical skills have helped me communicate effectively with people and helped me to earn a great living.
I desire to do what is necessary to help my students succeeds. Any resources recommended by parents will be warmly accepted. I believe tutoring is a team event where collaboration and mutual support from the parent results in a happy productive student.

My teaching method involves me designing my lesson plans according to individual abilities and interest to ensure the learning experience is enjoyable. I have high patience to repeat answers for questions asked repeatedly by students. I am experienced in making students comfortable and encouraging them to participate in the class.
