Helping someone else get a better understanding and firmer ground in education gives me great personal satisfaction. Growing up, my shy and introverted demeanor really held me back from speaking up in class and asking the questions and getting the help I needed. Just being able to give someone else that one-on-one attention and help that can lead to them excelling is a job well done for me.
