About Angelyse
I am an enthusiastic and passionate yoga instructor, and forever student of the practice. I am a positive presence for my students and find so much joy in watching them connect with their bodies through their breath. My love for the practice of yoga inspires my students deepen their own personal practices of yoga, health and wellbeing. One of my passions is creating a sense of community with in all my classes, creating a safe space where students can come no matter what type of day they’ve had.

I love to guide and inspire, but I also know the importance of stillness and silence considering the stress and hustle of todays society, I know how important it is for people to dedicate time to their mental health and wellbeing, which is why meditation and breath-work are a foundational part of my knowledge base. This being paired with my background in college athletics, make me dynamic teacher, because I can provide an array of classes with varying levels with full confidence. I am committed to being an adaptable teacher, in offering teachings that cater, to everyone from the athlete, to the students just starting their yoga or selfcare journey. I meet my students where they are on their journey and elevate them with every class.
