About Annette
- What kind of experience do you have? I have been teaching piano and keys to students of all ages for over ten years. Many students choose to take exams, but it isn’t compulsory. I use ABRSM, Trinity and Rock School for exams. I teach all styles of piano, including classical, and contemporary pop. - Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate? Yes, my Basic DBS certificate is up to date. - Where and with whom did you train? I am ABRSM Grade 8 qualified. - Do you belong to any professional organisations? I am a member of VIDLA and AOTOS.

For really good fun and excellent musical grounding, for fun or serious progression, my aim is to help you on your musical journey to becoming an independent musician. - Which subject(s) do you teach? Piano, Singing/Vocal coach and performance coaching. - Tell me about your qualifications. I am ABRSM Grade 8 qualified in piano, oboe and music theory, and Rockschool Grade 8 (vocals), and have been tutoring for many years. - How much do you charge? Piano Lessons are 30 mins = £18.00 or 1 hour = £35. I work from my home in Shropshire and also provide online tutoring via Zoom. Sessions are available Monday - Saturday, and as spaces are limited, Terms and Conditions apply. Sessions must be booked and paid for monthly in advance. Late cancellations are non-refundable or transferable. Group sessions are also available. More information can be found on my website at (concealed information) - Where do you teach? I currently teach from my home in Shropshire and via Zoom. - When are you available? I am available Monday - Saturday, day and evening appointments. - Which ages and levels do you teach? I teach all ages, from pre-school onwards, all levels and abilities, whatever your needs are. There is no pressure to prepare for exams, so if you wish to learn for fun that's fine. - Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
