About Lucy
I am a Uni student currently studying Political Science and International Relations at ANU. I tutored 2 primary school students (Grade 2) throughout my final year in high school, helping them with Mathematics, and English. I am a patient person and a strong believer in the importance of engaging learning. Education is of huge importance to me, and I am very willing to spend quality one-on-one time to aid students in struggling areas.
I have studied History since grade 3 and went on to receive a very high mark in History in my year 12 results. I lived in Germany for 2 years as a child, continuing on with language classes to maintain my skill, and now study German at university as a part of my degree. This gives me an advantage due to my in-depth knowledge of the language. I am, as previously stated, completing a Politics focused degree at ANU. I also studied Global Politics for 3 years in high school.

My lessons are geared towards students who are either struggling in class and can't quite understand the content, or students who are looking for that extra bit of help. A lesson structure would look like a brief discussion on the content, to gauge how well the student understands it. After that, I would engage in the application of the content which is a key component of learning.
